Our Services

Noxis IT Consulting is an independent technology advisory firm. We provide objective advice, evaluations, and recommendations. We do not sell, resell, or implement software or hardware, and we accept no vendor commissions or referral fees.

Independent, Objective Advice

Our recommendations are formed independently and in good faith based on the information available to us. Any decision to engage, contract with, or purchase from a third-party vendor is made by you and remains your responsibility. Noxis is not a party to, and is not liable for, the products, services, or agreements you enter into with third parties.

Engagements & Deliverables

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are defined in the applicable package description, proposal, or quotation. Advisory deliverables are provided for your informational and decision-making use.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, upon full payment you own the written deliverables produced specifically for your engagement (such as reports) outright.

Fees & Payment

Fees are those set out in the applicable package, proposal, or quotation. Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Monthly advisory plans are billed on a recurring, month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for the implementation of any recommendation.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. Your strategy, contracts, and vendor conversations remain strictly confidential.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Noxis IT Consulting and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of engagement deliverables is addressed under “Engagements & Deliverables” above.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our advisory services are provided with professional care, but technology and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result, saving, or performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noxis IT Consulting's total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
